This is how SpendValor works with your data.

1ImportAccounts payable or ledger export as CSV or XLSX, for example from SAP. A specialist confirms the column mapping.

2Check and cleanControl totals per fiscal year, number of suppliers and date range, matched against your figures. Exact duplicates, signs, gross to net.

3ClassifyBy fixed rules: supplier, general ledger account, keyword. Every assignment carries a rule ID. Anything no rule matches is assigned by a specialist.

4AnalyseSpend by category, supplier and cost centre, levers per category, analysis also in Excel.
